In this step, we'll be assessing your current self-confidence and visioning a future self that's even more confident than you could ever imagine.
We'll start by creating a self-confidence wheel, where you can see where you're at now and where you want to be. Then, we'll guide you through a visualization exercise to help you meet that future self - the best version of yourself possible.

Mastering your mindset: Overcoming limiting beliefs and what's holding you back
In this step, you'll be learning how to deprogram the thoughts and beliefs that are holding you back.
We'll cover self-awareness around your inner dialogue, as well as identifying what needs to be forgiven and released. We'll also help you identify any triggers that might be causing you to respond in a way that isn't serving your highest good.
Finally, we'll talk about how to identify what needs to change in order for you to achieve your goals—and how to create new empowering beliefs that will support your new habits and goals!

Figuring out the ME behind the WE
In this step, we’re going to focus on your core values. What values are most important to you and how can you use those to guide you in making decisions in your “Chapter 2.”
We’re also going to talk about finding happiness in micro moments. What are the things that make you happy NOW? How do we create happiness for ourselves in those everyday moments of our daily lives as we figure out who we are outside this relationship.

Mastering Communication with Yourself and Others
The next step in our journey together is to work on programming positive thoughts and affirmations. Why? Because we want to be intentional about the thoughts that are shaping our lives.
We’re not going to just sit around and hope that everything works out, or that we’ll get lucky. We’re going to take charge of our own lives, and start directing them.
This process starts by getting clear about what you want from your life, then working on changing your internal dialogue so it matches up with those intentions.
When you do this, you’ll start feeling like a whole new person—a person who is empowered and confident in their own skin.

Daily Habits: Building your best future self
This is a step where we establish and commit to some new daily habits. The first one is gratitude, and the second is movement.
We hold ourselves accountable for these habits so we can learn to prioritize our needs and take the best care of ourselves that we can so that we can show up as our best selves.
Finally, we align our daily behaviors with the intentions of who we want to become.

When you’re starting out, it’s hard to know what you want and how to get it. That’s why we’re here! We’ll talk about where you started, where you are now, and how to keep the momentum going with your confidence wheel.
We’ll also talk about what habits have helped you get where you are — because those are the things that will keep getting you there in the future!

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting hundreds of women through separation, divorce, rebuilding, dating again, and learning how to feel like themselves again.
Watching women go from emotionally exhausted and completely stuck… to grounded, confident, clear, and genuinely happy again is something I never take for granted.
This work means a lot to me, and I’m incredibly grateful to do it
